Who are the artists you work with?

We are passionate about supporting female artists in our designs! Our latest ranges feature designs from Ashleigh Ben-Danan and Hayley Pearson both work on a canvas medium and use colour to inspire and motivate (much like we do!)

Can I really wash my Workout mat?

Yes! All our 'mingo mats are made with recycled materials that are fully machine washable (crazy right?!) Check out our blog to get all your washing instructions

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Melbourne, Australia and Los Angeles, USA. Depending on where in the world you are ready to 'mingo we've got you covered with our fulfilment locations on both sides of the world!

What is your return policy?

Any 'mingo item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in with the original packaging. Please allow 2 to 4 days for us to process your refund once it is received. We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued!

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return items.

Do you offer a refund if I have used my 'mingo?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on open or used 'mingo's. We can offer exchanges but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

We will notify you when your return is received and approved. Your refund will be processed via your original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your 'mingo arrives safely back to us. You assume any risk of theft, loss or damaged goods during transit and we recommend you insure your package. Wild Mingo will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
